This seasonal role manages appointments for the VITA free tax-preparation program during tax season. Responsibilities include answering program calls, administering the online scheduling system, maintaining appointment schedules, tracking call trends to inform staffing, and coordinating with the VITA tax manager, site coordinators, and tax assistants.

This one-year rotating fellowship coordinates seasonal and cross-functional youth initiatives, managing timelines, deliverables, documentation, logistics, budgets, and procurement. The fellow will conduct youth outreach and engagement, collaborate with City agencies and community partners, support language-access needs, and may work nights or weekends and travel offsite.

The fellow will organize faith communities and other Southern Minnesota residents to build leadership and collective power around racial, economic, climate, and democracy issues. The intern will support enhancements to AI/ML and agentic personalization capabilities across digital channels. Responsibilities include reviewing content recommendations, analyzing web, app, and email engagement, evaluating content relevance and audience alignment, supporting experiments, and preparing insights, presentations, and documentation.

The intern will support the West Virginia team’s communications, community outreach, policy promotion, and event planning related to caregiving, broadband, fraud prevention, and financial security. Responsibilities include policy research, communications tactics, social media, team strategy discussions, and logistical support for virtual and in-person events.
