This part-time temporary associate supports the day-to-day delivery of fellowship and accelerator programs, including scheduling, event logistics, onboarding, surveys, and communications. The role also coordinates user-research and co-design sessions, supports community-member registration and payments, and maintains accurate program records.

The Prevention Facilitator delivers evidence-based substance-use prevention programming, social-emotional learning activities, life-skills workshops, mentoring, and case management for youth and families. The role manages a small caseload, recruits and engages participants, conducts assessments, documents services in required databases, and coordinates with schools, families, and community partners.

The Canvasser will conduct phone banking and door-to-door outreach to Chinese immigrant voters in San Francisco regarding the 2026 congressional race. The role involves explaining campaign messaging, gathering and entering accurate voter data, recruiting people for follow-up events, and adapting outreach based on voter feedback.

The Activity Specialist plans and delivers hands-on, age-appropriate after-school enrichment programming for elementary and middle school students. The role supervises youth, teaches activities such as sports, recreation, arts, and STEAM, supports program assistants, and maintains communication, records, supplies, and safety procedures.

The Community Navigator serves as an on-site point of contact for residents in affordable-housing communities. Responsibilities include outreach, benefits applications, appointment scheduling, referral tracking, partnership building, and coordinating resident events and programming.

The fellow completes an electoral and advocacy training program while organizing direct voter contact and local electoral justice activities. They will recruit and facilitate a 15–20-person volunteer action team, hold community meetings, conduct relational outreach, map local power structures, and run phone banks, canvasses, and election-protection work. The fellow also represents the organization at coalition tables and transitions volunteer leadership into a member-led committee.

Support applicants in a 12-month guaranteed-income program through phone, email, and text, using custom tools to answer questions and resolve application or payment issues. Review applications and supporting documents for accuracy, request corrections when needed, and escalate potential fraud concerns. The role also collaborates with program staff and may support occasional in-person outreach across Maui County.

The organizer manages direct voter contact and volunteer recruitment for an assigned Assembly campaign district. Responsibilities include canvassing, phone banking, planning GOTV events, training volunteers, staffing the candidate, coordinating with party field staff, distributing literature, and maintaining voter-contact data and trackers.

This part-time coordinator grows peer-to-peer fundraising and volunteer participation for walks and special events. The role develops donor, participant, sponsor, corporate, and volunteer relationships; supports campaign planning, communications, data tracking, and event logistics; and helps manage daily chapter office operations.

The Fellow will help the Community Engagement Team deliver voter-engagement events and election-related programming during the 2026 midterm GOTV season. Responsibilities include volunteer and partner communication, RSVP management, event-material preparation, participation data entry, vendor coordination, and onsite event support.

The fellow will help build get-out-the-vote programs on college campuses across Maine for the 2026 November election. Work includes educating students about voting and explaining Maine laws on student voter registration and same-day registration.

The Fellow oversees institutional giving, major-donor cultivation, and grassroots sustainer fundraising. They will coordinate grant prospecting and applications, build donor relationships, organize fundraising events and membership drives, and train staff and board members to support solicitation.

The Field Organizer will establish and grow a grassroots Local Action Team in Maine’s 2nd Congressional District. Responsibilities include phone banking and in-person recruitment, facilitating team meetings, preparing constituent office visits, developing volunteer leaders, supporting public-facing advocacy, and maintaining outreach records. The organizer will work closely with national staff, a local consultant, and a state advisory council.

On-call Program Associates provide flexible onsite coverage across seven DC locations during staffing shortages, peak periods, emergencies, and special needs. They build relationships with residents, support care coordination and case plans, document services, handle intakes and incidents, respond to crises, enforce program rules, and help maintain safe shelter and housing environments.

Supports District residents with SNAP pre-screenings, applications, mid-certifications, and recertifications, including client interviews and follow-up on application issues. The associate will track client interactions and collaborate with the SNAP team to improve the District’s SNAP application process.
