They will develop coalitions with residents, Tribal and Indigenous communities, environmental justice groups, labor, faith organizations, and public agencies; organize events and advocacy; and elevate local priorities in campaigns and policy positions. The role also maintains organizing records, tracks campaign outcomes, and reports on community engagement.
Foundation for California Community Colleges
The coordinator supports daily employer-of-record operations for a work-based learning program, including high-volume onboarding, offboarding, I-9 verification, time tracking, termination, and payroll processes. The role responds to stakeholders through email or a ticketing system, troubleshoots employee and client issues, and audits HR compliance documentation.

The Program Coordinator provides operational, administrative, and project-management support to the leadership team and statewide partners. Kennedy Human Rights Center
The Special Events Manager leads fundraising-event and auction operations, including procurement, cataloging, bidding, fulfillment, sponsorship tracking, donor acknowledgments, budgets, and performance analysis. They coordinate logistics, vendors, contracts, travel, registration data, and on-site staff for five signature events annually, while supporting additional major galas and conferences.

This role provides executive administration and operational support to multiple senior leaders, including scheduling, travel coordination, expense processing, and time submissions. The assistant also monitors Chicago office operations, supports internal events and culture-building activities, and works closely with the operations and executive-support teams.

The Development Assistant processes incoming gifts, sends acknowledgments, maintains donor files and Salesforce records, and supports reconciliation, pledges, invoicing, and audit preparation. The Designer will create and adapt visual assets for digital advertising, websites, social media, storyboards, print, presentations, and out-of-home campaigns. They will apply design concepts across multiple formats, conduct quality assurance and proofing, track visual and cultural trends, and manage assignments through completion under the Creative Director’s direction.

The AI Creative Producer develops and delivers bold social videos for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and YouTube. They will write concepts and scripts, use generative-AI tools alongside traditional production techniques, self-film content when needed, and collaborate with creative and social-media colleagues on timely campaigns.

The Production Coordinator supports the planning and execution of print, merchandise, advertising, and demonstration-material projects. They will track projects in Asana, coordinate among requestors, designers, and vendors, obtain bids and purchase orders, review proofs, research suppliers, and handle administrative production tasks.
Relentless
This role coordinates the systems that move program content from creation through review and approval, including participant emails, texts, event materials, FAQs, and in-app copy. The manager will maintain trackers and resource hubs, prepare team meetings, support writers and designers, and use staff and participant feedback to improve content. Work includes cross-functional project coordination and hands-on editing in support of voter-engagement programs.

The Data Associate will maintain and improve campaign data infrastructure and produce reports for leadership, staff, partners, and stakeholders. They will collaborate with organizing and voter-protection teams to build analytics solutions, maintain databases and targeting systems, and identify ways to improve campaign programs.
