The Program Associate leads hands-on trainee recruitment, community outreach, and engagement for the NYC Community Interpreter Bank training program. The role coordinates training and event logistics, manages recruitment tracking and communications, develops multilingual outreach materials, and maintains relationships with community partners across New York City.
Earth Species Project
This role coordinates onboarding, offboarding, payroll inputs, benefits changes, employee records, HR documentation, vendor communication, and employee engagement logistics.
