The Education Trust
The intern will support the Strategic Initiatives & National Partnerships team’s work with national partners and coalitions advancing P-12 and higher-education policy priorities. Responsibilities include coordinating partner engagement, organizing partnership information, developing collaboration materials, and staying current on organizational and partner priorities.

The Accounting Associate supports daily transactional accounting and general ledger operations, reporting to the Finance Director. Responsibilities include accounts payable and receivable, payroll entries, account reconciliations, month-end close, vendor management, financial reporting support, budgeting, and accounting-process improvements.
SAGE
The Program Operations Coordinator provides administrative, operational, data, budget, and event support for SAGEServes programming for LGBTQ+ older adults, primarily with the Special Programs team. Responsibilities include coordinating events and participant outreach, supporting grant reporting and financial tracking, maintaining program data, assisting with hiring and onboarding, and staffing participant referrals and intake as needed.
Center for Effective Philanthropy
This early-career role supports external communications and development operations, with work split approximately 60% communications, 30% development, and 10% team support. Responsibilities include coordinating blog publishing, email and social campaigns, research launches, and performance analytics; drafting grant proposals and funder communications; maintaining Salesforce records; and helping with conferences and programs.
Atlantic Council
Supports the Transatlantic Security Initiative’s events, projects, partnerships, communications, research, and program operations. Responsibilities include planning public and private in-person and virtual events, assisting with Europe travel and workshops, maintaining contacts and project records, drafting memos, monitoring news, and supporting publications, social media, fundraising, and financial administration.
Atlantic Council
Supports the Europe Center’s policy, event, and administrative work, including organizing public and private engagements in the United States and abroad. The assistant conducts research, drafts correspondence and briefings, tracks projects and donor relationships, coordinates travel and stakeholders, and provides calendar and administrative support to the Senior Director.
City of Boston
This six-month, part-time fellowship supports the Farmers Market Coupon Program through market and vendor technical assistance, operations coordination, site visits, coupon distribution tracking, and customer support. The fellow will help train market managers, communicate with community partners, produce biweekly reports, collect feedback, and support evaluation and analysis of coupon redemption data.
Vital Voices Global Partnership
This logistics-focused role splits time equally between Crisis Response and Mothers' Call, a Palestinian-Israeli women-led peace movement. The assistant coordinates international travel, events and convenings, schedules, vendor and payment processes, documentation, and secure case records, while supporting crisis-response planning and operations.
Whiteboard Advisors
The Associate will manage a portfolio of 5–7 clients and collaborate with senior staff on communications strategies for K–12 and higher-education issues. Responsibilities include drafting press materials and thought leadership, pitching and building relationships with reporters, researching issues, developing story angles, and managing client meetings and deliverables.
The Wisco Project
Campus Organizers will mobilize college students across Wisconsin for the 2026 election cycle. They will build campus relationships, recruit and manage student volunteers and fellows, conduct voter outreach through canvassing, tabling, texting, and phone banking, and support student-led events.
All on the Field
The Field Operations / Program Associate will turn field-team data into standardized reporting and actionable summaries for leadership. The role also leads onboarding and training coordination for field staff and canvassers, while supporting scheduling, follow-up, and other program-management needs.
Jakara Movement
The Community Youth Organizer will recruit, train, mentor, and retain youth volunteers across San Joaquin, Stanislaus, and Merced Counties. They will build school clubs and partnerships, lead youth organizing and civic-engagement campaigns, support youth educational opportunities, develop workshops and communications, and work with local institutions and public officials to build youth power.
AARP
Support the Alabama Communications and Outreach team by creating and scheduling social media graphics, videos, and other digital content focused on issues including caregiving and financial security. The intern will also assist with virtual events, website and channel management, audience engagement, editorial planning, reporting, and data analysis while maintaining brand consistency.
Michigan FIRE Action
The Community Coordinator conducts campus and community outreach to engage young people in civic education, elections, and issue-based organizing. The role includes canvassing and tabling, relational one-on-one outreach, attending student and community events, recruiting for and coordinating events, maintaining social media, and supporting data entry.

Organize residents in manufactured home communities in St. Cloud to build leadership and support the Save Our Homes campaign and Manufactured Home Residents Bill of Rights. Duties include door-knocking, one-on-one meetings, community conversations and candidate forums, leader coaching, voter engagement, and strategy meetings.

The fellow will organize faith communities and other Southern Minnesota residents to build leadership and collective power around racial, economic, climate, and democracy issues. They will support an organizing program engaging 15–20 churches; recruit and train volunteer leaders; conduct outreach and community meetings; and lead public actions and meetings with elected officials.

Responsibilities include door-knocking and petition drives, community conversations and candidate forums, volunteer recruitment and training, voter engagement, public actions, and organizing engagement across 15–20 churches.
D.C. Hunger Solutions
Supports District residents with SNAP pre-screenings, applications, mid-certifications, and recertifications, including client interviews and follow-up on application issues. The associate will track client interactions and collaborate with the SNAP team to improve the District’s SNAP application process.
Defenders of Wildlife
The Coordinator supports a fast-paced Government Relations department through administrative coordination, legislative and agency tracking, research, communications, event planning, and advocacy support. They will lead preparation of federal lobbying disclosure reports, assist with lobbying and grassroots campaigns, coordinate the annual legislative conservation report card, and serve as a liaison with partners, members, and the public.
Zeta Charter Schools
Coordinate employee onboarding and provide responsive support to staff navigating People Operations processes. Partner across internal teams and external vendors, manage tickets and workflow tracking, and identify improvements to employee communications, resources, and systems.
Foundation for California Community Colleges
The Senior Coordinator supports Workforce Development Department grant-administration projects that distribute funding on behalf of state and local partners. Responsibilities include validating grant data, coordinating contracts and communications with grantees and payment recipients, maintaining records and shared inboxes, and supporting project-management activities for large-scale initiatives.
Children's Aid
Manage administrative, financial, personnel, payroll, purchasing, inventory, office-support, and compliance systems for the P.S. 8 community school. The role supports the Community School Director and program managers, supervises office support staff, coordinates with school personnel on facilities needs, and helps maintain accurate, timely operations for a site employing about 70 people.
Children's Aid
The Policy & Advocacy Associate supports the Fostering Youth Success Alliance’s statewide efforts to improve outcomes for current and former foster youth in New York. The role coordinates coalition operations, advocacy campaigns, events, stakeholder engagement, communications, policy research, youth advocate cohort check-ins, and government-relations logistics.
