The Chapter Associate supports the Southwest Florida Chapter’s fundraising strategy by helping execute development initiatives, manage donor relationships, and support revenue-generating events. The role includes donor stewardship, grant and sponsorship support, donor communications, event coordination, database management, and operational support aligned with program needs.

They will engage community members in priority Latinx and Hmong communities, collect and share member information, and help implement outreach and campaign strategies.

The Recruitment Manager will help the campaign meet volunteer and paid participant recruitment goals by developing plans, tracking progress, and reporting results. They will manage fellows and volunteers, support campaign presence at events, conduct recruitment phonebanks, and represent the campaign at public events as needed, including some evenings and weekends.

The Training Manager will design and deliver training sessions and materials for volunteers, student groups, and paid organizers. The role includes managing RSVPs and attendance, hosting office hours, supporting tabling and recruitment events, and representing the campaign externally. The position requires flexibility, statewide travel, and some evening and weekend work as needed.

The Development Associate or Senior Development Associate will support fundraising operations through data entry, CRM maintenance, spreadsheet work, prospect research, list pulls, and grant report drafting. The role also supports automated workflows, donor briefing preparation, reporting, and project management for the development team through the 2026 election cycle.
Council on Foreign Relations
The Member Relations Associate supports CFR’s Corporate and CEO Programs by managing member communications, event registration, invoicing, CRM records, research projects, and administrative needs. The role also staffs corporate and CFR-wide events and works across departments to support stewardship and institutional priorities.
Rising Voices
The intern will support policy advocacy, research, organizing, and outreach projects focused on local and state policy advocacy in Michigan. Responsibilities include tracking policy and budget issues, conducting research on campaign areas such as inclusive education, immigration justice, language access, voting rights, and reproductive justice, and assisting with outreach, stakeholder engagement, meetings, and events.
Green Energy Consumers Alliance
The Rhode Island Policy Advocate will work on state legislative and regulatory advocacy focused on decarbonizing transportation, buildings, and electricity, primarily in Rhode Island with some Massachusetts work. Responsibilities include lobbying, coalition participation and leadership, drafting policy positions and testimony, engaging stakeholders and media, supporting communications, and assisting with grants and events.
ACLU of Florida
The Field Organizer will mobilize supporters, volunteers, and voters in Miami-Dade and surrounding counties to build power around ACLU of Florida campaign priorities, with a strong focus on immigrant justice. Responsibilities include organizing volunteer-led teams, leading trainings, supporting community events and rallies, coordinating phone banks and canvasses, developing advocacy materials, and tracking field progress toward campaign goals.
SEIU
This 12-month Organizer-in-Training program prepares participants for labor organizing careers by placing them on union organizing campaigns and training them in the fundamentals of helping non-union workers build power. Responsibilities include outreach, one-on-one worker engagement, leadership identification and development, meetings, mobilization, and planning actions and events.
Common Justice
The intern will support social media, storytelling, graphic design, media outreach, and communications campaigns. They will draft content, create graphics, research topics for news meetings, and work closely with the Communications and Civic Engagement teams.

The Field Coordinator develops and implements year-round voter engagement and organizing projects in Virginia’s Asian American communities. The role manages canvassers and volunteers, creates multilingual educational materials, supports voter outreach campaigns, coordinates with coalitions, and helps strengthen civic engagement programs.
Elevate
The Coordinator, Contractor Development supports clean energy workforce and contractor training programs focused on increasing participation among trainees and small businesses historically marginalized in the energy sector and building trades. The role involves outreach, participant support and case management, event and training coordination, data tracking, and relationship-building with community partners and program participants.
Hamkae Center
Part-time canvassers will educate voters about the November 2026 General Election through door-to-door conversations in and around Fairfax, Virginia. The role includes sharing voting information and deadlines, entering voter contact data accurately, completing reports, attending training, and representing the organization professionally during the civic engagement campaign.
New York Civic Engagement Table
The Data and Training Coordinator supports partner organizations in using data and digital tools for civic engagement work. The role administers tools such as VAN and outreach platforms, fulfills partner data requests, maintains dashboards and databases, and provides coaching and trainings to build partners’ data capacity.

The intern will support the Finance team on financial operations, accounting processes, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and audit/compliance documentation.
