This role provides the administrative and operational foundation for a community team that manages relationships with philanthropic members. Responsibilities include coordinating event invitations and attendance, responding to routine member inquiries, monitoring member-company news, supporting cross-team projects, and improving team processes.

The fellow will learn Georgia’s legislative process and support the policy and advocacy team throughout the 2027 legislative session. Responsibilities include researching elected officials and legislation, tracking committees and hearings, scheduling meetings, drafting memos and testimony, maintaining legislator relationships, and supporting advocacy campaigns.

The Strategic Initiatives Coordinator supports special projects intended to expand animal-rights campaigns and legislative wins. Responsibilities include researching issues, drafting advocacy materials, coordinating multimedia and outreach projects, engaging stakeholders, attending protests and events, and speaking at city council meetings as needed.

The Visual Content Designer develops program-facing materials that participants use and share while learning about elections and mobilizing their communities. Day-to-day work includes designing event slide decks, social and video graphics, flyers, logos, Zoom backgrounds, recruitment assets, and shareable organizing toolkits.

The Organizing Copywriter creates participant-facing content across email, text, live events, social media, FAQs, and the organizing platform. They translate election, candidate, and policy information into clear action-oriented messaging, research and script event videos, and revise materials quickly as program needs evolve.

This intern supports the development department's event and fundraising work, spending approximately two-thirds of their time on events and one-third on philanthropy. Responsibilities include event logistics, vendor coordination, digital communications, donor stewardship support, grant prospect research, database maintenance, and general administrative assistance.

The fellow will help build get-out-the-vote programs on college campuses across Maine for the 2026 November election. Work includes educating students about voting and explaining Maine laws on student voter registration and same-day registration.

The Assistant Engagement Producer creates, shoots, edits, and publishes video content for Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, while also producing and editing podcast episodes. The role writes scripts and captions, monitors and schedules social content, and coordinates content rollouts with editorial, co-publishing, and creator partners.

The Government Affairs Associate supports advocacy with congressional offices, federal agencies, and allied organizations. Responsibilities include monitoring legislation and hearings, drafting policy and briefing materials, researching policymakers and issues, maintaining outreach systems, and coordinating external meetings and events.

The Self-Determination Coordinator provides individualized support, intake assessments, resource referrals, and self-advocacy coaching to youth participating in programs. The role facilitates healing circles, leadership and career-development activities, and youth advocacy initiatives while coordinating with justice-system, school, and community partners. It also manages participant data, reporting, evaluations, and program materials.

The Communications Coordinator provides administrative, editorial, and project coordination support for a cross-functional communications team. Responsibilities include drafting and editing content, managing approvals and content calendars, maintaining media and spokesperson lists, distributing a daily news bulletin, and tracking communications performance metrics.

The fellow will support climate-justice and clean-energy campaigns through policy research, analysis, legislative tracking, coalition coordination, and grassroots advocacy. Responsibilities include drafting testimony, policy memos, public communications, toolkits, presentations, and potential legislation, as well as attending hearings and facilitating meetings with community, government, and business leaders. The role includes required cohort meetings, retreats, mentoring, and leadership-development workshops.

The Fellow oversees institutional giving, major-donor cultivation, and grassroots sustainer fundraising. They will coordinate grant prospecting and applications, build donor relationships, organize fundraising events and membership drives, and train staff and board members to support solicitation.

The intern supports high school program operations, including student recruitment, application assistance, enrollment updates, attendance tracking, and collection of stipend-related documents. They communicate with teens and parents, help coordinate field-trip procedures, and provide occasional classroom and small-group support.

The intern will support the international portfolio of a policy and research team, with emphasis on hunger, malnutrition, and international assistance policy. Responsibilities include policy research and analysis, writing, scheduling Capitol Hill meetings, participating in advocacy coalitions and appropriations meetings, and assisting with additional projects.

Interns will work up to 10–20 hours weekly in departments such as finance, communications, or political. Assignments may include donor research and database upkeep, fundraising-event support, candidate and news tracking, newsletter content preparation, and calendar management.

The fellow mentors a caseload of eighth-grade students through high school admissions, helping them meet application milestones, prepare for interviews and visits, and revise essays and parent statements. The role includes regular family communication, virtual check-ins, progress documentation, and collaboration with staff and other fellows.

The Program Associate leads hands-on trainee recruitment, community outreach, and engagement for the NYC Community Interpreter Bank training program. The role coordinates training and event logistics, manages recruitment tracking and communications, develops multilingual outreach materials, and maintains relationships with community partners across New York City.

The Research Intern will assist with quantitative and qualitative research on postsecondary education equity, access, affordability, completion, and data transparency. Responsibilities include literature reviews, data collection and analysis, drafting blogs and research materials, preparing presentations and memos, and supporting convening logistics.

This role coordinates onboarding, offboarding, payroll inputs, benefits changes, employee records, HR documentation, vendor communication, and employee engagement logistics. It serves as a first point of contact for routine employee questions and identifies ways to improve people-operations processes. During a December-to-May leave coverage period, the associate will also support routine employee relations, leave administration, benefits renewal, and performance-review processes.

This part-time, onsite role supports youth public programs, private events, field trips, birthday parties, and cooking classes at a working farm. Responsibilities include setting up program spaces, checking in and orienting visitors, leading activities, assisting instructors, maintaining clean and safe event areas, and processing membership and sales transactions.

This part-time fall intern supports the Government Relations team’s domestic policy advocacy on hunger and poverty. Responsibilities include monitoring congressional activity, researching policy issues and congressional offices, coordinating lobby-meeting scheduling, and attending coalition and advocacy meetings.

The intern supports the Government Relations team’s international policy and humanitarian-aid portfolio, particularly around appropriations, Farm Bill, and emergency supplemental advocacy. Responsibilities include scheduling congressional meetings, tracking hearings and votes, preparing advocacy materials, taking meeting notes, and supporting policy events such as a fly-in and advocacy summit. The intern will also research an international humanitarian-assistance strategy and present findings in a paper and slide deck.

The intern will help grow and mobilize a national and local network of student advocates. Responsibilities include recruiting students, building relationships with campus and community partners, coordinating campus events, and connecting participants to leadership training and advocacy opportunities.
