The Individual Giving Manager owns a portfolio of high-level individual donors and prospects, identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding gifts for annual, planned, and special-project funding. They will develop donor engagement plans, lead fundraising outreach and donor events, write proposals and acknowledgements, and maintain donor and revenue-tracking systems. The role also partners across development and program teams and supervises volunteer coordinator(s).

The Community Outreach Specialist conducts daily door-to-door canvassing, street outreach, and phone banking to mobilize residents around elections and organizing campaigns. They build relationships with potential members and leaders, document conversations accurately, follow up with contacts, and meet outreach goals. During election season, the specialist also helps train and support temporary staff or volunteers.

The Volunteer Coordinator will lead volunteer engagement for the 2026 electoral season, creating and managing canvasses, phone banks, text banks, and other opportunities across Pennsylvania. They will use organizing technology to build events, lists, scripts, and reports; recruit and support members; coordinate with partner organizations; and work across civic engagement and organizing teams. The role supervises a volunteer manager and helps host community events for local chapters.

The organizer will work closely with national staff, a local consultant, and a state advisory council.
