The organizer will supervise phone and text banks, cultivate volunteer and partner relationships, deliver platform trainings, and ensure accurate, timely voter-contact and recruitment reporting.
Democratic Party of Oregon
Field Organizers will recruit, train, and organize volunteers for door-knocking, phonebanking, and other voter-contact efforts. They will meet outreach and recruitment targets, carry out regional field strategy, support candidate events, and build networks of local organizations and supporters. The temporary, in-person role requires substantial evening and weekend work, particularly as Election Day approaches.

The organizer will plan and lead at least two weekly voter-contact events, recruit and train volunteers, and develop volunteer leaders. They will maintain Mobilize and VAN records, secure and prepare staging locations, monitor program results, and troubleshoot voter-contact operations during the GOTV period.
