Responsibilities include qualifying inbound leads, prospecting outbound, conducting discovery conversations and demos, maintaining pipeline data, and reporting conversion insights. The role also supports marketing programs and coordinates with customer success, sales, and product teams to improve the customer experience.

The Youth Advocate manages a caseload of 15–20 chronically absent students, identifies attendance barriers, and provides mentoring and light case management. Responsibilities include tracking attendance, contacting absent students and families, leading clubs and workshops, tutoring students, facilitating SEL groups, and coordinating support plans with school staff.

Review applications and supporting documents for accuracy, request corrections when needed, and escalate potential fraud concerns. The role also collaborates with program staff and may support occasional in-person outreach across Maui County.
